Filmmaker Ramenahalli Jagannatha believes that OTT platforms are a great opportunity for emerging directors. Despite this trend, he highlights that people still enjoy the experience of watching movies in theaters.

Currently, Jagannatha is preparing to shoot his second project, "Theertharoopa Thandeyavarige," a family drama exploring the love of a single parent for his son. He considers emotions to be his forte and draws inspiration from literature, particularly novels by authors like Poornachandra Tejaswi, SL Bhyrappa, and Shivaram Karanth. Reflecting on the challenges of filmmaking, Jagannatha notes that it can be difficult to translate characters and stories onto the screen effectively. He explains that the process of bringing a new project to fruition can be lengthy, with various elements needing to align. Adapting and refining the script can also be time-consuming but essential for successful outcomes.
